Terms and conditions
Group sales conditions- No deposit is required when booking tickets.
- In the event of cancellation, written notice must be sent at least 5 weeks before the date of the concert booked. The total amount of the original invoice will otherwise be due.
- Changes to bookings are permitted up to 14 days before the monday of the week of the concert booked. No changes to the invoice will be possible after this period.
- Once payment has been made, the order becomes final and no refund will be granted.
- We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer, debit card, or credit card.
