Previous positions : Soloist with the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal, the Orchestre des Jeunes du Québec, the Orchestre de chambre de Radio-Canada à Québec, I Musici de Montréal and the Symphony Orchestra of Royal College of Music of London. Solo performances at/with/on/in: Festival International de musique de Montreal, Festival Orford, Série Début, Purcell Room of London, Société Pro Musica, Société Radio-Canada, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (“Arts National”), Radio Suisse-Romande, Sociétés de concerts of Paris, Geneva and London.

Academic institutions attended: McGill University with Mauricio Fuks and Mildred Goodman
Royal College of Music, London with Rodney Friend; Performance diploma “with honours”.

Prizes and scholarships:Royal College of Music, London (1985-86): Seymour Whynates Award for the most oustanding string student, William John Pullen Memorial Prize (1986), Isolde Menges Prize for unaccompagnied Bach (1987), Stoutzker Prize in memory of Albert Sammons (1987), Finalist at London Philarmonic Orchestra Competition (1987), Prix d’Europe (1988), several scholarship from the Royal College of Music, London, Canada Council for the Arts, Ministère des Affaires Culturelles du Québec, Fonds FCAR.

Interests: Walking, gardening, reading, watching movies, good meals and good wine…but what I like best is raising my son, Ludovic.
