Of your $200 investment, $150 will be directly donated to the OSM, to support its essential missions of accessibility and musical education. You may purchase your card in several ways: online at osm.ca, by phone at 514-842-9951, or in person at our box office.
Once your card purchase has been confirmed, simply log in to your customer account and proceed to select your concerts at regular price. The applicable member discount will be automatically applied in your shopping cart.
To benefit from member pricing and exclusive advantages, your membership must be activated before any ticket purchase. Since our ticketing system cannot apply discounts retroactively, your status must be active at the time of a ticket transaction.
In many cases, attending just one concert is enough to recoup the value of your card. With the variety of programming and seating options available, the savings on a single ticket can range from $6 to $48 with the OSM Card, and from $7.50 to $60 with the OSM+ Card.
You may curate your concert season entirely at your own pace. Tickets can be purchased one at a time or in multiple bookings, as you prefer. Please note that the OSM Card allows for a maximum of four discounted tickets per concert.
Yes. Each card is valid for a single concert season and expires on June 1. The card currently available for purchase is valid for the 2025–2026 season, which begins in September 2025.
The OSM Card and subscription are distinct ways to enjoy the OSM concert season, each offering unique advantages.
The OSM Card, available for $50, offers a 20% discount on eligible concerts, applicable to up to four tickets per performance. It gives you the flexibility to purchase tickets at your own pace throughout the season. Additional benefits include complimentary ticket exchanges up to 24 hours before a concert and early access to presales.
The OSM+ Card, offered at $200, includes all the benefits of the OSM Card, along with an enhanced 25% discount on eligible concerts. It also includes a $150 donation, for which you will receive a tax receipt, and grants access to exclusive donor privileges, such as attending a general rehearsal conducted by Rafael Payare.
A subscription, meanwhile, offers a 25% discount when booking four or more concerts from the 2025–2026 season in a single transaction. There is no membership fee, and no limit on the number of tickets. Once subscribed, you retain your discount for any future ticket purchases during the season (excluding benefit concerts). Subscribers also enjoy complimentary exchanges, priority access to presales, and additional perks, such as partner discounts and access to activities such as our listening clubs.
These cards are exclusive to the OSM and are not available at the Place des Arts box office. You may obtain yours directly through our website or by contacting our dedicated customer service team. We’ll be happy to assist you!
Each card entitles you to up to four discounted tickets per concert, for all eligible performances throughout the season. The “Fred Pellerin’s Traditional Holiday Tale”, Pop concerts, and benefit concerts are excluded from this offer.
Yes! You may use your card to purchase discounted tickets for others. These tickets may be used by anyone of your choosing. However, only the cardholder may manage exchanges or modifications. The four-ticket limit per concert applies, and resale is not permitted.
To access the benefits of the OSM Card or OSM+ Card, it must be purchased prior to any ticket transaction. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply member discounts retroactively.
No. The card is entirely digital and available under the “Memberships and Annual Donations” section of your online account. Once logged in, the discounted pricing will be automatically applied to all eligible purchases.
Yes. A tax receipt for $150 will be emailed to you within a few business days following your purchase.
